What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, view, download, and print pages, place an order, register for seminars, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.

You may, however, visit our site anonymously in the public areas. The Code Advisor, Newsletter, Resource Center, and Forum areas are restricted by password to subscriber-Users.

For User-Subscribers or those short-term subscribers taking a free “test drive” using the password-protected areas (Code Advisor, Newsletter, Resource Center, and Forum) we may track IP addresses, page view item, time spent per page, and time of use. Each Subscriber license is limited to:

  1. Any one location and IP address at one time
  2. One company entity on the IP address
  3. Log-ins are limited to a continuous nine (9) hour period but can be immediately renewed for additional nine (9) hour periods.
Furthermore, intellectual property is inventoried for comparison to publicly written articles, webinars, and presentations.

To use for research purposes;
Your use of Code Advisor and other features allow us to conduct research regarding code usuage and other matters. This information will allow us to publish articles for Insurance Solutions Newsletter and other forums.

To personalize your experience;

To improve our website;
(we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)

To improve customer service;
(your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)

For Subscribers, you must receive our emails or opt out of emails and be terminated as a Subscriber with any balance of the subscription refunded to you.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we use cookies?
Yes. (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.
